NEXT CHALLENGE - BEST 99 CENT STORE DINNER

Pete and Lori will visit their local 99 cent stores and buy the ingredients to make a dinner for 4 people. They can't spend more than $10.00 and can't use ingredients already in their pantry except for seasonings. This challenge will be VERY interesting.
