THE ROYAL WEDDING

In honor of the Royal Wedding today, Mom and I had one of my favorite meals. Bangers and Mash. It is a traditional English meal of sausages and mashed potatoes. It's a very simple and delicious meal. We also had a nice Merlot to accompany our meal. The tomatoes were a last minute addition. A friend of mine grew them and was selling them today. They were not only beautiful, but delicious as well.

    I used to eat bangers and mash all the time! Good stuff! I'm still trying to deal with my obsession over the whole Royal Wedding event! It was wonderful.
